Financial Analyst

We are currently looking for a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in refining our management reporting processes and conducting detailed financial analyses. • Preparing a section of the management reporting pack on a monthly basis and consolidating the business’ financial results into analytical reports and presentation materials
• Performing plan vs. fact analyses, explaining underlying reasons for key discrepancies between forecasted and actual values and outlining the key drivers of PnL evolution and structure
• Participating in the month-end closing process in collaboration with the US GAAP reporting team to ensure the accuracy of financial statements, particularly the PnL
• Updating the methodology of management accounting and making changes to financial systems where necessary
• Addressing ad hoc requests from management
• Executing internal control procedures

• Have a bachelor's degree from a top-five finance university
• Have four or more years of relevant experience at a major international company
• Have advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables)
• Have strong analytical skills
• Understand all financial statements
• Are familiar with IFRS/US GAAP accounting principles
• Have experience working with financial systems
• Are fluent in English at an upper-intermediate level

• Have professional certificates (such as CIMA, ACCA, CFA)
• Have expertise in Power BI and VBA
