I forgot something in the car
If less than 24 hours has passed: Call the driver — usually they are happy to return whatever you lost. You can find the Call button in the History section. It is enabled for 24 hours after your ride.
More than 24 hours have passed or you are unable to come to an agreement with the driver. Contact us. We will resolve the issue and set things right.
I lost the phone I ordered the car with. Don't worry! Email us and provide two contacts: the phone number associated with your account and an alternate contact number.
