Oops! Lost items in a ride
If less than 24 hours has passed: Call the driver — usually they are happy to return whatever you lost. You can find the Call button in the History section. It is enabled for 24 hours after your ride.
If more than 24 hours has passed or the driver doesn't respond: Describe your lost items and we'll do our best to help.
Oh, no! The lost item is the phone you used to get the ride. Don't worry! Email us and provide two contacts: the phone number associated with your account and an alternate contact number.
