Side panel

By default, the side panel is pinned to the left side of Yandex Browser (beta).

What's on the side panel:

  • История — History.

  • Заметки — Notes, where you can save ideas and other important info.

  • Воспроизвести — Manage music.

  • Число открытых вкладок — Tab manager.

  • Скриншот — Take a screenshot.

  • Веб-приложения — Applications.

  • Меню боковой панели — Side panel menu.

Customize your side panel:

Enable
  1. Click → Settings → Interface.
  2. In the section Sidebar enable the option Show the sidebar.
Customize the display

  1. Click  → Settings → Interface.

  2. Under Side panel, enable the following options:

    • Show side panel: The panel only appears when you hover over the left edge.

    • Pin when viewing sites: The panel always appears on the left.

Remove icons

  1. Click Меню боковой панели → Tools.

  2. Clear the checkbox for the icon you want to hide.

Note

You can't remove the Веб-приложения button from the side panel.

Disable
  1. Click → Settings → Interface.
  2. In the section Sidebar disable the option Show the sidebar.
